and BEST built keyboard stand, ever! It is light
weight, easy to assemble, quick to tear down... takes just a few seconds.
The KB2 is
also rock solid with even the heaviest of weighted key controller keyboards
or electronic 88 key pianos. It has aircraft wire and aircraft
locking nuts as a unique part of it's design. Unlike many of the
A Frame type stands, there is minimal key bed bounce even when playing
the most energized and aggressive parts...whatever your style of music...
This is a brand new New
Old Stock stand. It was purchased by us, M.E.S. Music Equipment Sales
Ltd., from Invisible Products Corporation as an authorized dealer in
March 1988. Last
produced by the Invisible Products Corp in the late 1980's, this is a
rare opportunity to acquire a two-instrument keyboard stand of
this quality and uniqueness. I'd rate this stand as a 9 out of 10 (We
scuffed the bottom portion of the upper tube assembly a little when assembling
this stand for the photo session.)
Invisible Corporation is no longer in
business, which is a real shame because their stands were the fastest to
setup, quickest to tear down, easiest
to transport and the most stable stand to support your
keyboard. Just a wonderful piece of engineering! A
real loss to the musical community. If you haven't used a KB2 ,
you don't know what you're missing.
This stand was dubbed ' INVISIBLE '
for good reason. The small dimension of the square steel tubing
for the vertical supports (1") and the steel rod braces (5/16")
plus the thin but strong aircraft wire cross bracing between the leg
members provide one of the lowest visibility two tier keyboard stands
ever built. Looks great on stage and even better on camera. You'll
love what you don't see!
